Inspired by the past, built for the future, City Place is an apartment community located in the 400 block of South Fifth Avenue in Ann Arbor. While its facade is based on classic brownstones built during the 1800’s in metropolitan areas such as New York, Chicago and Boston’s Beacon Hill, the building will incorporate many 21st century green building and renewable and sustainable design elements, including an earth-source geothermal heat pump system to supply 100% of the building’s heating and cooling needs.

City Place will offer a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments with washers and dryers in each unit and on-site underground parking.
