We are in the early stage of developing Palm Court, an active adult resort-style community in Savannah.  With stunning natural beauty and gracious southern charm, Savannah is both hip and historic…and rich with amazing architecture, lively nightlife, fabulous food, scores of museums, theaters and art galleries, and several outdoor concerts and festivals throughout the year.  And the Atlantic Ocean is a short 15-minute drive.

Farther south, plans are underway for a new waterfront condominium community overlooking a marina and spectacular marshes. Residents will enjoy multi-million dollar views at a fraction of the price!
